even has a letter from ASC from '88.. can't tell if the buck tag is there for sure...

I think asc used that car on the show circuit. That's why it has a stripe. There is a pic of the car in the albums here.

You have a 75% chance that there are no real bidders in that auction. Dealers often play games on ebay and most bidders get cold feet after the auction.

Ken, If you blow up the pics,it looks like it has a drivers' side skirt and the pass side tail cover & the headrests are def. recaro. Hopefully a member picked it up and not the Atlanta mustang chop shop that got ...

Looks like it has (or used to have) recaros, h&t covers and ground effects too .... :cry:
Must have been beautiful when new.
I'd love to save it, I just don't think I can get another one at this point.
I just don't want to see it get crushed ...

As a side note: I contacted the guy again. Pointed out he had a 'bare bones' car. No extras of any kind and wished him luck on the 6 grand proce.

He replied: "Well watch and learn."

I'll be watching and I'm pretty sure he'll be 'learning.'
