Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family Sandy. Your strength through this ordeal is very inspiring.

Last week I was accepted on to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute Marathon Challenge Team. I'm running the Boston Marathon on April 18, 2011 in memory of many family members and friends that have ...

I checked my binder of ASC documents. The copy of that form in my binder "2-16-83" handwritten on the bottom. Looks like that corroborates your info Mike.

It looks like Hank has them, but I'm hoping I might be able to grab a pair off ebay or elsewhere at some point for a few less $$.

Before I went and speculated, I figured I would try to find out the actual part description/number. I don't see any markings on the pic that Tom posted of his pair...

Sorry about your car Havoc - they should take away her DL.

On the subject of Grundy, I don't have it, but based on Havoc's experience, I feel as though I should.

Not really familiar w/ how agreed value insurance works...Any advice from anyone on what agreed value should I insure mine for? 85 ...

That fix is fantastic - well done. You have more ingenuity than I Mike. There's no way I would have thought of fixing that w/ that putty.

When I first got my car I learned the hard way about how brittle the dash pad can get. The previous owner had my car at the beach all the time, so the pad got ...

Peter,

Thanks for your effort in taking going out to take pics of this car. She looks to be in pretty good shape, much better than most of the coupes out there for sale lately. If I had the $$ available, I'd be looking to have her sitting in my driveway in the near future. Unfortunately, young kids ...

Sandy,

Not to worry, I can assure you that she's in good hands (and I plan on keeping her stock) :D , but needs quite a bit of TLC to get her in the condition that I'll be happy with. She runs and drives great, but IMO the exterior looks like crap. I don't drive her much because of that.

I figure ...

Sandy,

Its great to hear that you have made so much progress, but I'm sorry to hear that you will need more chemo to treat the cancer. I'll continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.

Best wishes,

Sean

I guess I forgot to mention it in my previous posts, but I used Leatherique products for refinishing my seats. The product and customer service were very good.

Thanks for the compliment. I thought my seats were going to need recovering until a buddy of mine told me of the possibility of re-dyeing them. To say the least, I was skeptical that they would come out okay, but I figured I had nothing to lose, except the $$ for the dye.

The amount of time is ...
