Happy belated Thanks Giving to you and your's! It has been rather quiet here the past few days. I assume all are enjoying time with family and friends, watching/playing football, gorging on left overs and possibly getting shopping done early. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and was able to spend time with those whom are significant in your lives.

Sixty Two degrees yesterday. I washed the Cherokee. Today it will be 63 degrees and nothing but vibrant sunshine. Today I will wax the Jeep, for the last time until NEXT May (2007). The Town Car has allready been done. (Back in October). The McLarens have all been put away now for 3 months.(Early September). I took pictures of the Jeep. Maybe I can post them, but I doubt I have that ability!
Re: Thanksgiving. I shy away from all holidays as ~ to a degree ~ they are somewhat painfull and sad. All members of both my & my wife's (Karen) family are dead. The only family"we" have, is each other, and our 1 son. We ate home, just the 3 of us, and we had steak, mashed potatoes & cooked carrots, cheesecake & R/C Cola and coffee .... End of Thanksgiving! Mommy & Matt are NOT turkey lovers, so we got some really pricey & worth it terrific steaks.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

It was nice here this weekend also. We had turkey at my sisters house. Then I finished a paint job, changed oil in my pu, cleaned out the gutters and helped knot a quilt. That was my TURKEY HOLIDAY.

Harder to finder in New Jersey/New York !!! VERY hard to find !
WE three only drink R/C because Karen cannot STAND Pepsi, hates the sour-sweet taste. Matt (our son) will tolerate Pepsi, but thinks Coke is putrid - and will not drink it. HOWEVER, e'one loves Royal Crown, so we hunted and found 3 places that sell it. A big chain up in NJ is called "Shop-Rite" ~ they are a cut above market, handling more premium items than their competition and have alot of ethnic foods. They actually have 5 entire asiles, front of store to back; one all Italian, one all Kosher; one all Asian; one all Southern Creole; and one all European.

A HUGE liquer Store - "Bottle King" also has R/C. and SOME (clue word here is SOME) A&Ps, but not very many.

That's a very kind offer. Speaking for myself, I've gotten to know who carries it & who doesn't, so it's not really a problem. I understand that up in New England (Mass / Ct. / N.H. / Vt. & Me.) it absolutely does NOT exist and that finding new, old stock Edsels is easier than finder R/C in a store !

For a strength test maybe someone with access to all 3 cola brands should try pouring just a bit of each on a car hood to see which one is strongest.

Note: Coke is the best rust remover from bolts I have come across yet. Drink it? I think not!

RC is the best! I usually have to ship some White Castles to my Aunt in California, and some frozen Chicago style pizzas too.

Grew up in Indiana. White Castles RULE. Used to eat them by the dozen.
