So I decided I wanted to make a clock out of my tach...turned out WAY better than I had hoped so I figured I'd share.
Glass face (with a high polished edge) and a nice quartz movement with custom made needle second hand.
Whatcha think?
Was thinking about sellin' them...anyone interested? I could do 87+ tachs too...working on the art for that as we speak...could add ascMclaren text as well...
Really nice! You have a great talent Mike. Have you given thought to producing a clock with the 140 MPH speedo, but having the mileage/trip meter tumblers display the time and/or date? I doubt there is a digital or tumbler clock assembly ready made to assist. Seeing your talent on producing this provided cause for asking the question!
I like it a lot, but would probably not buy one right now. Already have 3 different clocks in the garage. When my lighted "Ford Racing" clock gives up working, I will definitely check your offerings out before purchasing any replacements. Which begs the question, can this be provided with a back light for night viewing? My Ford Racing has the neon light set on a timer. Not trying to be picky, just curious and envyious of your skills.

Nice work...
I'm working on a backlit version too...still haven't figured out exaclty how I want to do it yet though...
Nice job! If I am getting you right - you like me, use an external tach and don't need the one in the dash. Hmm would allow replacement of the info center and leave that area open for gauges.
If my above assumptions are correct, I'll take one how much?
Mike unbelievable! You are very talented and are blessed with a gift. I was wondering are you able to make it different sizes? I would consider the 9" size but I have something in mind. Thanks.
