the GS badge came on the pace cars when new in 85. most of those were 5 speeds. however there were a couple of autos with the GS badges too(and all the sport seats/airdam, etc..).
those were built between may - june 85. some of the earliest pace car vins go back to march 85.

Yep my pace car has the GS badge. I think you are right all of them were GS cars with the RS stuff.

ITs not worth 600 but I just wanted the chance to get it.
Still got the Euro its in dry storage now.
