I noticed a different routing of the front mounted radar sensor on one of the coupes compared to the other.
Both cars have the sensor mounted in the same place but one car has the wiring running across the top of the headlight support then high across the engine compartment beside the battery and across the top of the strut tower. The other car has the wiring all hidden behind the headlight support running towards the drivers side fender then ducking down on top of the framerail and running along with the loom towards the firewall. One probably done by a right handed guy and the other by a lefty?
First difference between the two

It can't be that cut and dried can it? There could not have been one dude responsible for that during the entire production run huh? What if he was sick one day but three cars still needed to get finished? I am not disagreeing with you that the hidden behind the support and run to the right side of the compartment looks right and is probably what asc wanted but is my other car wrong? I doubt that a previous owner relocated wiring from one side of the engine compartment to the other. Come on guy's what do yours look like?

I just want to keep this fresh. I believe there has to be more cars with the radar front mount wired like mine. I do not think a previous owner relocated all this wireing. Even if on only one day, the day my car got its detector installed, some different dude did it different from all the rest it does not make it wrong. 85 Owners please speak up.
