Chris,

What are the details of the AU car? I'd love to find an XB 4sp 351 car.

You are right, it is Dave Beeke's car. I am surprised he sold it as well.

Congrats on the purchases!

You won't find a nicer or more honest guy than David Beeke to buy a car from. I'm sure it was hard for him to part with it too.

I would like to here more about the Falcon too. I would love to have a mid-70's XG GT in my garage.

He still has one project and a couple of kids. He has a dream car in mind and that is what he is going for. I have known Dave for twenty years and he has had almost every Mustang or Capri imaginable except for the one he wants now. Hope he can find a way to get it. I currently own his old Eurocoupe.

He has a project capri and a project 84 anniversary Mustang. The capri he is trying to sell. He still has the Crimson Cat shell that he can't even give away. He offered it free to anyone that would pick it up and no one came and got it. The Euro was said to be his wifes car but she did not drive it after the overdrive went on it. She rarely drove it anyway. I now own it and rarely drive it.

Saleen

Post by svt1996cobra »

Everyone,

Thanks for all the kind words!

My dream car is a foureyed Saleen. I have never had one, I have always wanted one.

I did make sure I placed the silver GPIV with someone that will care for her as I did. Chris I am sure will do so.

I think now I am going to build my dream garage first, so I have a climate controlled location for future cars.

Thanks again,

David

Yes, David has been awesome to deal with. He has followed through on everything he promised in the deal. I really got lucky with him offering his car to me. Just cannot wait to take it out on the first cruise!!
