No name blue front struts

I just pulled some no name brand struts off the front of my car. They look brand new medium blue oil seeping out the top after 1000 miles. They compress fine the first time down, but the second compression, they dive half way before they catch! I will try to post a pic so no one buys these things. They were on a wrecked car I bought so I dont know were they came from

Those are Sealey Posturpedic struts.

Blue struts used to be the cheap line of Monroe's

called MONRO-MATIC PLUS® STRUT

Its time for me to get new shocks/struts for mine. Any recommendations from '87-'90 owners on what they've used? stock height and possibly 1" lowering?

I've being using Monroe's Sensetrac's with good luck on both lowered and stock height stangs and Capri's. That is also what I install at work.
Are you replacing ALL 6 pc's 4 shocks and 2 frt struts? I may be able to get you a good price and could Install them and realign it for you.

I am kinda partial to Carerras (Sp?) ~ since that is what ascMcLareen used on the Capri(s). If you need their home office # & Address I have it (somewhere)
