ASC and Saleen to Join Forces

Interesting news. A write-up in Mustang Monthly reports "Saleen just acquired American Specialty Cars Incorporated for future Saleen cars, after market accessories and vehicles created for OEM manufacturers." Looks like it will be an actual merger in the future. Can't wait to see some of their products.

I think Saleen wants in on the conversion biz like sunroofs, etc where you can make a somewhat constant revenue stream.

I don't think the merger is going to spawn much in the way of new/exciting products.
