I just heard back from Mark a Laura.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Dream Cruise in August. Has a spot been picked yet - if so please let us know so we can make arraignments. I will have Mark check the McLaren site for more info. and I will ask him about Livonia.

we should meet in quickens parking lot just out side the show on the WEST side of Victor pkwy. the show entrince for cars is on the EAST side of the street.

i was trying to post a google map of the street but its not working...

go to that link and zoom in on "A". quicken is on that vista Dr. i think. and they have a HUGE HUGE BIG parking lot.

Sounds fine to me for a location to meet, now we just need to come up with a time. I'll have a 1 hr. 15 min. drive to get there remember.

oh yeah i forgot to add.

my roomate from when i was at school is working for livernois (sp) the hotrod shop. im sure most of you have heard of them. acording to him they are sponsering the thing on the 10th. i told him that we wanted to be together. he is working on making that happen. if anything at all we will atleast be recognised by a BIG time hot rod shop. we might make it into a magazine!

GOOD NEWS!!! ken called me today to tell me he has a group of 5 cars coming... this might be the BIGGEST meeting of ascmclarens since they were built!!!!

I finally caught up with John. I did meet him last year at a gas station around 2:am( I work afternoons). He gave me his number and said he would have to come to the show at about 3:00pm, so he would not be able to ride in with us. He did ask me what time were we meeting and I didn't know what to tell him. So now I need to know What time, And where?

So, the "5 cars coming" are all ASCs?

OK the meeting place appears to be set. What about a time? 8:30-9am?? flier says have to be in line by 11am to be judged.

Chris what route are you taking? us-23 or I -75 Maybe we can meet and drive up together. LMK

Peter noticed in the flier NO Bicycles allowed. How is the mclaren coming?? Working late I hope
