Off for 2 days, maybe

Okay, I don't want anyone to wonder why they sent me a PM OR a queston on this medium, and got no reply from me.

I am going into the local hospital, today for just an hour or two or three, for Pre-Op testing. On Friday of this week I am having surgery (again! Damn!) for a hernia in the lower left groin area. It's being done laproscopicly (probably mis-spelt). Developing this type of hernia is NOT uncommon after 14 months of chemo. So, I will be off-board 1/2 of today and probably 90% of Friday.

Next, yesterday I took out the Silver Anniversary car, lowered the top (oh so carefully) and took "Mrs. McLaren" for a ride thru a local scenic park to look at the Cherry Blossom Tree display.
It was a nice ride, and the car performed to perfection. Millage is 7,253.
100% original, throughout, as far as I know.

When I feel better, I will release the other 2 from captivity and take them out for a ride. (Stronger Blood pressure pills may be needed.)

6:OO AM tomorrow (Friday) it all begins! I should be home around 2 to 3 PM & all doped up with pain killers (and loads of pain).

Probably sleeping to try to pass over the pain.

Thanks! I am going to bed now. Alarms are going off at 5:15 AM & we have to leave at 6:10 AM to arrive at 6:30 AM. Surgery is set for 8:30 AM, should be in recovery around 11AM, and should be home around 2PM (maybe). All dopey ! After I leave the hospital, I get a stress test!! My wife has to drive us home, ;ya, all 6 miles! Blood Pressure & stress test !
I will ready be knocked out.
