The pattern is the same front to rear. Also, all the pics of SVO leather rear seats I've seen show a horizontal seam on the outside bolsters at the top of the center section; the seats in this coupe don't have that.

It doesn't mean that they're the orig. seats. I suppose someone could have pulled them from a vert.
Those back seats do seem to match though

I found some back seat pics of SVO mustangs in the same color & it doesn't match these either...

That 84 is a mongrel. I don't know if I'd trust any pictures of that car.
