See that 1st item? "GRILLE" ? That's the code for the RS charcoal black grile that the RS came with - remember, the GS came with a chromed grille. Recall that they started out as GS hardtops , so FoMo Co put on exterior items OF a RS. 84 & 85 were all V-8 302s. For '86, they allowed 6-Cyl. models, at Mid year.

I also believe that the one stating "MIRROR" is the installation of the Mustang convertible rear view mirror with the two lites built into the base. Since, removing the roof, would leave no interior illumination.

Sandy, I posted a couple more pics of my '86. Now up to 21,700 miles on it. Hate the Firestone Firehawks that are on it. Feels like I got square tires for the first 5 miles. But they were (obviously) brand new when I got the car last July.

I like the McLaren ~~ but, I LOVE the 'Vette & the T-bird!! !! !!
The 1981 Corvette is very high on my list of favorite Corvettes.
(I know it's a 1980- but that's close enough.)

All 3 were bought over Ebay.

T'Bird - $6000.00

Vette - $8600.00 with 61K on it 5 + years ago.

McLaren - 9479.00 with 18236 miles over a year ago.

I like the vette because: Last Carbuerated Vette. Last Vette with no computer. Highest factory HP from 74-86. In 86 they matched the HP. It's an L82 which only came with anautomatic. Too damn old to shove that heavy duty clutch down all day. I had an L48 1980 and it about tore my knee up in traffic!
