86 coupe questions

I have a couple issues with my car. First, I dont have a foglight bar. Which one do I need to get?
Did ASC cut the front rubber bumper about 6 inches from thebottom all the way across the front to make the front spoiler work?

What do I need to get to mount my spoilers? I have brand new ones that came with the car but have no idea how to put them on.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you

There is no foglight bar. The foglights mount to the air dam.

On the repro one, I would imagine fairly sturdy.

On the original? I dunno, never had one...but I gotta think not as sturdy.

I honestly have asked the question "how to the mount"? And I usually just get the "it bolts to the air dam", "no bracket".

On the very early asc coupes, there was talk and maybe even a picture of where it looked like there was some kind of bracket, but it was only for adjustment of the lights.

Someone did send me a CD of pics but it just raised more questions than answers for me.

Hi , I'm a bit late on this topic, but here it is. My 'vert has the original Air Dam on it.And as Mike said it's not the stongest piece on the car. So I ran two aluminum braces, from the air dam to the sub frame, under the radiator. I used the holes that were already in the frame. This took the flex out of the center, and made me feel better. For what that's worth.
