If it's implied that they couldn't find it because it was too hot in the warehouse, that is a bit upsetting to me. I live in phoenix and don't like that answer. I was under the impression from my response that they physically didn't have the document, not that it was too hot to go into the warehouse.

It's nice and cool here every morning until after lunch, when the temperature skyrockets. If the heat in the buildings is too much during the afternoon, shift your hours to the morning. There is 6 hours every day between 6am and noon where the temp is pleasant..

So they complained that not enough people were ordering them, and then they don't feel like looking for them once they receive a bunch of orders? Ok, got it.

I ordered mine over two months ago for my '85 ASC, and haven't gotten a reply, and haven't seen anything in the mail. I also ordered one for my '79 Pace Car and got it within 7 days.

Not looking good for my '85.

Call them, sometime's things get lost there. I have an eminger report for my 5C Blue 84 svo. I have also ordered other documents from them from time to time and sometime I have to check back with them and they will get it right out.
