86 coupe for sale in KANSAS cITY

Grabbed this from FEP. Guys got a gray with orange stripe asc coupe for sale. Pretty rough but very little rust. Lots of parts missing. Does not know the number. I have a friend looking for one so I called for more info.

That is correct, 1 of the 26 sent directly to Northtowne. I believe this is the car that was for sale that had the rear ground effect on the front.

I would say over the last 2 years on and off there was an 86 Mclaren for sale in the K.C area. The car was gray with orange stripes, someone had installed a aftermarket rear valance on the front of the car, it had 2 exhaust outlets. It looked, well, goofy. The car had a winning bid on ebay of 1500.00. From what I gathered, the new owner decided to part it out. I had inquired about the car a couple years ago, when it was first on ebay. At that time the t-5 was failed, didn't run, and he wanted 3500 for it. The gentleman that owns it now states the body is not rusty so I figure it was worth the price, plus I have the parts to fix it.
