1983 RARE (Crimson Cat) Mercury Capri. ALOT of mods including a 1971 model 40 over 351W (357) with lighly ported and polished Edelbrock alum heads,forged internals,Comp Extreme Energy camshaft,Edelbrock Air Gap intake port matched to heads,650 DP HP carb,steeda coated shortie heades,X-pipe,40 series flows with turndowns,alum rad,elec fan,ALL bolts are either ARP or Trickflow and i mean ALL! scat steel crankshaft,swap kit for foxbody,newly rebuilt 95 model T-5 tranny,alum driveshaft,all new rear with 31 spline Yucon axles,center unit and 3.73 gear. UPR non adj upper and lowers,Lakewood shocks and struts,welded torque boxes,5 lug swap with 99 model front brakes,new drag star wheels with all new tires. wheels are 4's up front and 8 in the rear with 5.5 BS.i'm sure i'm forgetting some things but this is a good run down, and i do have some documentaion on the motor and parts bought. the engine and tranny both have 1,500 miles on them. this is a fun car and has been taken care of.get in it and go anywhere!!
