Convertible tops

Took ours out for a 100 mile run yesterday. It was getting 'dusty' so I took it home, put the top up and washed it. I wrote down the numbers for the top I have on my 86 vert. They are

DOT*108
Regalite (This is inside a diamond shape)
AS6M-1 -85 (Might mean mf'd in '85)
Do Not Rub Dry
wash with
water soaked cloth.

No other visible markings.

Someone asked about them and mine was down and in the garage until last night.

In checking other websites I find that the top was probably made in August 1985.

Regalite also made the tops for Corvette's and a couple Vette websites explain the numbering system! The AS6M refers to the plant of manufacture.
