I am feeling very well, but my trip to the hospital MONDAY....will change all of that. When the chemo comes out of you is when you are really ill. THAT lasts a day, maybe a day & half. THAT day was last Thursday.

We now have had a small party and met all of the car's OWNERS over at Car-Condo! A really nice small group of 6 special car owners.
In the coming months, we will be expanding storage space from the current 7 slots to at least 11 slots. Some spots in the floor are weak and we are hopefull that the owner (none of us "tenants") will foot the bill.
WE HAVE HEAT !!!!!! We had no heat from last November until yesterday.
We now have heat. Yesterday it was 60 in there. Soon we will turn it off.
Probably on the 30th. I have the Sixty Special and the Silver 1990 'Vert over there. $150 @ month, each. BUT when enlarged, and we add an add'l. 4 cars, our collective rent will drop to $ 136.00 @ car.

We have been cleaning the place up and have had the plumber there and now have a brand new toilet ! It;s so great to have such a olace, with "like" others in a safe and secure building that is hidden from view and alarmed with power overhead entry.
The roof is slate, the exterior is all brick, the interior is all concrete, walls and ceiling. 50% of the floor is concrete BUT 50% is wood and in some places that wood is begining to CREAK loudly when driven on! That needs attention.
