'87-'90 owners - Map light bulb replacement

Ok, so the passenger side map light went out. (not bad for 23 yrs)

I took off the clear lense cover. my fingers are too big to reach up in there to grab the bulb. Anyone done this before and how best to remove the bulb? and anyone know what bulb this takes?

take the Clear lens off and take the Phillips head screw out . The housing comes out next. Turn the recepticle 1/4 turn then pull out to access the bulb Shoul be 194 0r 89
My car is at the Tire shop getting theWheels refinished and New Michelin Rubber.So I am not sure on exact replacement.
