86 Eurocoupe

Hi All- I just picked my Euro up from the Gateway Classic Cars after 3-1/2yrs of storage/display. Back in 08 just before I consigned it, I had put a new Motorcraft battery, new tires and exhaust on it. I was a little worried about it after that long a sit. I connected the battery, put 5 gal of fresh gas in, turned the key.......It turned over immediately and purred all the way back through St. Louis to my home, A/C was cold and the drive was like velvet. Hell, I think I still had .99c gas in it (the 5 gal filled it}. I have to get new plates issued but only need a safety inspection. Just brought back a lot of fond driving memories as I have owned it for 10yrs now. Hope everyone had a great holiday.

Jim, glad to hear it. Im finally getting to drive mine more and really enjoy it. They are such great cars.
