Again another electrical topic

Since I have had the 88 everything running on fuse location 18 doesn't work including low fuel, low coolant, seat belt light and chimes. My tach which should be on the same circut does work though? Any ideas?

Low Fuel and Coolant are not wired in our cars. Seat Belt light should light up in Dash and chime should work.

WHY ? I think I know why, but B-4 I tell "WHY" I'd like to see if anyone else has an idea ?? !!

GT option I believe. Plus there is no Low Coolant Sensor.

Sandy, if we have the panel on the dash, and the pigtail going to the coolant bottle why wouldn't they connect them? These were very expensive cars for the time, and those are two very useful idiot Lights. What you were saying about gt models only having them, were are cars started as lx models? I know you have a thread with that info but I enjoy the conversation. Also did all asc cars get shipped from Ford as one color only? Or did Ford ship asc any color to asc as long as they were lx coupes? as for my seatbelt light, it is on my dash, but isn't there one on thenon working idiot panel also?

All cars had the same Gauge Cluster Cover. There are Electronics that come down from the cluster to the Lower right side lights that are not there. The cars were shipped as LX's. Mine was White as I can see around areas that did not get covered with Azure Blue Paint. There are pictures of the cars at shipment on the site.

All were made as LX V-8 2-Door Sedans !!

All were shipped in paint of BLACK...UNLESS .... the order called for a BLUE interior & then the car was made in White !!!
