Today, I turned age 65 ! I feel good and look okay. Looking in the mirror, had I NOT lost 75-percent of my dark brown hair, AND 65 pounds of my weight, I'd look 40.
My Dr. tells that if I beat this cancer, my hair will return AND I will be able to once again put on some weight. I say, that's great -- but when will I beat this cancer, after all, I have been fighting this, now, for 4 years.
Such an honest Dr. He say..... "Probably never !" DUH
So, today I am 65 and I got my AARP card AND my MediCard and I now pay nothing. I'd rather be age 40 & ne paying, however.....
Sandy passed away in 2012. He will be forever missed.

Sandy, Every morning I look in the mirror and say, "How the heck did you live this long?" I give thanks every day. We had another friend die last week 52 year old female chain smoker that had 2 heart surgeries.
Sandy - Happy Birthday wishes to you.
Now take all the "kids" out for a spin !!!

OH NO !!! The "Kids " are not going out !
I do not yet have the energy to wwash them...IF they should get dusty or dirty. We both have to wait for one & other to get stronger Probably by May, 2012. Besides, they all are in Winter storage. 2 at home and one in a private garage, nearby and 2 in comercial storage - that wouold be ours (me & one other guy) 15 minutes from home) called "Car Condo". We fit 10 cars in there.

My father, he had bladder cancer. It was found when he was around 65 to 69. I am not sure.... but, that is very close to his age whwn his Doctor found it. Dad lived for 20 years with it, dying at age 85.
BUT, they say that is not that unusual. However, I have it in the Bladder as well as in my liver. That's not too good. I too got the bladder cancer at age but at age 61. It went to the liver at age 62.
