Let's make a deal!
ascMcLaren lit for sale on ebay;

I have a couple of these courtesy of my brother (Jeff), but would like to get some extra's for car show display purposes. I do not really need the Coupe, so thought I might encourage a competing bidder to allow me to aquire the set and then split cost after close of auction, forwarding along the Coupe lit (me keeping the vert lit). It appears this guy has several of these and puts them up on a fairly regular basis. Anyone interested in striking a deal?

You guys know that there are 3 versions of each, yes ?
Coupe, Version 1 = netting in the open fret of the headrests
Version 2 = above air brushed out, car called "Capri"
Version 3 = Capri omitted.
'Vert = Version 1 = Car called Capri
Version 2 = Capri Omitted
Version 3 = Sports Decor Pkg. illustrated & Recaros now shown as option.
1987-1990 only 1 version per year.
1987 thru 1989 a 8x11 single page flyer and also a brochure
1990 Only : 8x11 single page flyer only, no brochure.
There were also Dealer-Only Brochures (2 types that I have) for 1986. Both in black & white. Errors in both regarding the copy.
There was a color chart issued for 1989, only year I've ever seen.
The only difference between the '87 & the '88 is that there was NO model year printed on the cover of the 1987, and theyused the same brochure for 1999, but put "1988" on the cover, and added "Medium Blue" on the back color listing.
The 1989 opens like a road map, to form a poster.
There were 2 versions of the 1990 8x11 flyer. On one version the car on the back of the flyer is in black & white, in the other version it's in color.
The '87 & '88 are shown in ascMcLaren Red with Gray leather, the 1989 is shown in Keweenau White with Regatta Blue leather and the 1990 is shown in Sea Foam Aquamarine with Oxford White leather.
