It is a Mc.

I emailed the editor and asked him about it. He says that the magazine will be doing a feature on the car soon and that it has a Vortech supercharger on it.

Sorry 'bout that. I work for BBK and since we advertise in the mag we get them before the shelf date. It'll be on the stands and in mailboxes soon though.

If you are allowed to can you please scan the pages and post a link to it? Imagedump.com is a good place to host it. Thanks!

I'm not sure that would be a good idea. I better not, seeing as the main part of my job is to work woth the magazine guys on installation articles.

I sure don't want to piss them off.

The pic in the mag only shows a front side shot. The car is parked along side (behind) the feature car and you can only see the front 4-5 feet of the drivers side.

Yeah, you would get nailed hard if somebody saw that. 6 months after its out, they won't say anything but if you "scoop" their release, your company #1 won't get anymore "favors" and #2 the magazine will probably demand that you be fired.

Well I just got the magazine today. I thought you meant the newer ASC MClaren was in here. This appears to be '87-90 Mustang. Still interested in seeing the car though.

There was a little mention in a side bar in August's "Mustang Monthly" about a new Mustang convertible modified by a 'third party" The top will fold down automatically in to the rear seat area there by making it a 2-set 'vert...

Sound familiar????

Did it say when it's coming? It is late, as of now! I believe that they totally missed the 2005 model year. Unless they have the doner cars allready and are working on the final product, for sy maybe an October delivery ?

October for a vert? Especially when the '06 models will probably be out? These cars are so hot atm I bet they just werent able to make enough for the demand atm. I just cant wait. So Sandy which color are you getting another silver, blue, or something different this time? You mentioned 250 units is that per year? Also no new colors like last time? I hope they dont screw us on mark ups especially when its already going to be up there in price. I have a hunch this will also drive the prices of ours up finally to a respectable level. What do you think?

-Nick :)

PS the new Stang was kicking some ass in the Gransport racing. Was watching a lil today the one Stang in first with a 911 and BMW trying to catch up. Hope it remained that way for the rest of the event hehe.

I believe I recall being told only the stock Mustang colors, and at that limited to White, Red, Black, Silver & Yellow. I'd probably go for rariety with a silver metallic with parchment tan leather.
