So I have removed my seats and there is an extra pigtail on the wiring harness that leads to the back of the car. It is right at the hump for the drivers seat, so it looks like it might be something for some kind of power seat?? I currently have the standard low back Mustang seats and I am thinking about upgrading to the nicer (newer) set with the knee bolsters and even the bladder for the lumbar support.
Were those seats available in 86? Does anyone have any idea what that pigtail was for?

I thought the other seats would bolt in easily, I'm just wondering if there is already wiring for the power seats. I'm trying to see if they were offered in 86.
