Convertible Top Latch Assembly

The passenger side convertible top latch assembly on my '85 now flies open when I hit a bump-- and I live in Detroit so this is every other minute. Is there any way to adjust these so they fit more snuggly and won't fly open?

Thanks for your help. I have been an observer of this site for years but never posted anything. It has been very helpful. I am the 2nd owner of an '85 white/blue convertible that now has 26k. Yes, I've owned it for six years and still have not gotten around to registering it with Sandy... but I will... someday.
