The exterior & interior appear to be flawless perfection.
But.....
I'd have 2 questions ! #1. It's a replaced convertible top. Why? Either it was stored for a considerable amount of time and caught a bad case of mildew, or it was burglerized and more than likely access was gained by taking a razor or box-cutter to the roof.

#2. It appears from the pictuires, that the bottom edge of the convertible's roof (the fabric) is not sitting on the tonneau cover. This is usually a tell tale sign that the pulldown motor is defective, in some way.

I'd want both of those address to my satisfaction, before bidding....which I am NOT doing, anyhow. Nobody needs more than 3 of these things.

I forgot to watch it. I wanted to ask why the replacement roof? Now, there's no place to ask, as it's over. It will be back !
