To my untrained eye, it looks like an example that has received a lot of care. Go for it.

Looks real nice but the striping looks to be aftermarket...the font just doesn't look correct.

It's not an asc front air dam.

Nice good-looking presentable car. Looks to have a straight body and all. The interior is rally really nice.

Too bad it no longer has its original engine.

By VIN this one is only 12 away from mine. I had cruise and no power locks.

I just bought mine off of ebay about 8-9 days ago. It has cruise and no power doors. VIN 607897

I paid $1900.00 for it and it is rough! Could I have paid too much? (Considering I will not have a chance to buy another one, for a reseasonable price, unless it has gone through a restoration from someone who might not have completed it to my standards.) Survivors just seem to bring too much money for my blood.

Good score. I thought that would have to be relisted to sell. I have seen Mustangs in worse shape sell for more with not near the rarity. Are the floors as solid as the seller stated? Owner also stated original paint but It looks to me like the front clip was repainted once upon a time. The color of the fenders looks a little off to me and it looks like some primer overspray on the strut towers???

Yes the car is solid as he stated. I have known that guy for years. The car seems to have original paint. I stated in another forum that about the front end. The paint looks the way it does because Randall, the guy I bought the car from, "Armoralled" the sides of the car so that the paint would look a little better. The only rust on the car in surface rust on the underside of the hatch where one of the rubber plugs has been missing. Everything is complete, just needs the front air dam (correct), side skirts, rear lower piece and some TLC.

I will keep the forum up to date as I progress with it.

looks like your car has the ASC steering wheel so how can you have cruise?

I made a mistake with the cruise part. I thought it was on the end of the turn signal switch. Sorry about that. I just walked out and looked at it and realized it.

Yeah, I bought the car from here in middle GA.
