I purchased this ASC in 2005. The pictures were from the E-Bay listing. Got the bug to start working on it again. It's going to be a looong process getting this back to a reliable daily driver. Started by sending my rims to be repaired and refinished. Might as well start on one of the "BLING" things of these cars. I will let you know how the refinishing comes out.

Welcome! The car looks pretty good in the pictures. I was driving one of mine today and the looks it gets are great. I had a guy in a Porsche give me the thumbs up. I thought hehe my car was 1/10th the cost of yours

If you think that needs work to be a driver you should see what some of the others on here have had to do!

I jist went back and checked the title, Sept 2003 is when I drove this home from south FL. The title calls it a Merc Mclaren. It has been sitting mostly. One rear rim was bent. Some RUST but all there. At least it has a great top on it but no seals. Instrument cluster is fried, orange is burnt off dials. Lots more but wont bore y'all with the details. Sandy spoke with me some time ago about the trim package. I have all that info lost on my computer some where. Feel free to jump in if you would like Sandy. Every one feel free to ask me any questions or if you need pictures, I will try to oblige. Is it worse that the pesky badges are on the trunk lid?
