Hi,
You found the best site for your ASC info.We own a 86 ASCEurocoupe #19 of 47. Please update your next post with all of your mileage/condition/specification info. Where are you located? Wife & I are in High Ridge, Mo @ 30mi South of St. Louis, Mo. PM or email us with info & pix. Sandy & Mike will be happy to see a factory air dam & white OZ wheels, but all Capri/ASC configurations are sweet. Good Luck.

The car is located in Pennsylvania, It has 85,000 miles on it and its a 1st place show winner. It had a complete resto done on it. The only picture i have right now is the one on this web site. Just copy and paste this link http://www.ascmclaren.org/phpBB/album_pic.php?pic_id=26

I bought the car in 1996. The resto took about 3 years. I bet i havent put 1000 miles on it since we got it done. It just sits in the back of my garage covered up. A friend of mine just bought a 85 Mclaren. 50,000 miles, Its the blue with orange. Still has the original papperwork with it.

looks good with the wheels, much better then if it had orange. The orange works with all the other colors, just not the white, for me anyway.
Need more pics!!

I went & looked at the wheel chart. Herewith were the choices:-

Charcoal Grey Car: Orange Wheels with Orange Stripes, or Anthracite Wheels with Silver Stripes.

Raven Black car: Anthracite Wheels with Silver Stripes or Orange Wheels with Orange Stripes.

Platinum Silver car: Anthracite Wheels with Black Stripes.

Midnight Navy Blue car: Orange Stripes with Orange wheels.

Oxford White car: Orange Stripes with Orange Wheels or White Wheels with Orange or Black Stripes.

IF stripes are deleted, any wheel with any color.

(By "stripes" it means: Logos and stripes.)

So, there were 8 choices. (Well, add 11 for stripe delete choices.)

'Ya, & I have found 2 other automatics, now for a total of 4 of the 9. The other one I found is a real rare bird. It's the "Platinum Silver Metallic" with Anthricite wheels and a black logo/striping kit. She's Auto with Pwr. Locks, A/C, and and and a T-Top ! Super loaded. She's in Iowa I do believe.
