47 EuroCoupes were made. I was never told the numbers on them regarding the transmissions. I was told that "a higher percentage of Automatics were built as EuroCoupes than were made as Full Packaged ascMcLarens. That's it; a "higher percentage."

Through the years I could have figured that out, by the number of EuroCoupes that I located. From what I located, it appears to be a 60/40 split, with 60% being Automatic. Of the original 47, I found about 22, of which 13 were Automatic.

They are frequently VERY HARD to find, unless you get to see them in person, up close, OR if I can get the VIN.
This because many owners have put on the Full Packaged car's exterior decals. If so, and all I get is exterior photos, I could never tell a EuroCoupe from a Full Packaged model.

I have to see the interior.

Things to look for to tell IF it's a EuroCoupe:-

Red Seat Piping
No Dash Plaque

IF the car ever sat down on Northtown L-M in St. Louis, forget about it. There's no telling what or what NOT it might have on it, what it mighta been prior to arriving there or much of anything. They are bacically A.F.U.

 :!: :?:

Short of the incorrect wheels, (wheels are easy to change. Anyone could have done it, you? NorthTown? A prior Owner? .... you see what I mean? 2nd, the missing Dash Plaque, but again - it coulds been swiped, or fallen off. HINT: lOOkunder the passenger front seat for it. When they fall off they go backwards witht he frontal thrust of the car. Many have been "found" under the passenger's bucket seat, except for the ones that were first found by the vacuum cleaner  at the car scratch. Oops, car WASH !

Do you want me to check the VIN for absolute ?

They all had the leather wheel. Not 100% sure on the shifter, but I think so! I'm gonna check the VIN's if you wanna send them to me in a PM.....
