Ah, I'd rather avoid that question, at this time. Lets just say something very nice, that I wanted, and it came as a "gift", with some very good wishes.

I had a mental set-back, today. Today was my Tuesday to be there (hospital). My Dr. ~ he seems to like to steal any hope 'ya get, from :"good news". I was very sad when I left. I went to eat at Burger King. It was good. I didn't speak to my wife (Karen). She knew.

The long & the short of it was that I will get better, I will lead a normal life, but.... I may always have this cancer, within me, waiting to spring to life, again, so.....I have to be checked - forever, like every 90 days.
Like a bomb inside of you, that can be defused (what is being attempted now, thru the chemo,) but .... down the road, at any time, can be "re-lit" ~ and then the whole ball of crap of treatment begins anew.

In other words, he told me that "me & "it" are more/less married.

Being a blabber mouth, who is worse than most woman, certainly waaaaay waaaay worse than Karen, It's notable that I did not talk for more than 2 hours. It was like having the wind knocked outta me.

and.....I have No, absolutely NO clue, how I got this!
I don't drink, I quit cigars, long ago, I never did illeagle drugs, never
got "high" ~ had good food, and good everything. They say it's "environmental" ~ I can't do anything 'bout that.
My parents both lived to 85 & 1/2 ~ I will not.

Keep Positive, Sandy. Keep up the fight. We know you can win it.

And DID you get one of Hank's car? Which one????

Next year to NJ with cake for you B-day. Sounds like a great idea. and easy for me, as I live on the Delaware and could swim across the river and be in NJ. I won't though, will bring the asc.

You will see Snowball as soon as it gets here. Promise!! Still in the friend's garage in Florida. Hopefully, on the way up next week.

I knew he didn't send a whole car. :P Just kidding. One could dream, though.

Initially I would kill for a set of those hood louvers, but thinking more in depth about them, they were only installed on extremely early 1985 COUPES, and very very few, at that. (I have found just 2 with them in 22 years!) If I put them on my 1986, it would totally & completely be incorrect, and ... well 'ya know how I am with putting on incorrect items for time-built period. :Furious:

Okay, I see it's killing you ... it was 2 sets of OEM floor mats. One in Regatta Blue with white ascMcLaren stitching and the other in Scarlet with white ascMcLaren stitching. I put them down in each car, and then covered them with thick terry-cloth towels.
The towels are protecting the mats, while the mats are protecting the floor carpeting......question is..... what's gonna protect the towels ??

Oh, good gift. 8) I want them for mine, only the correct colors of course. Priced them for the 88 at Hanks. Passed. If Snowball does not have the OEM, I will have to get them for that. Hey, your Scarlet ones would match my 88.
That was very nice of Hank. And yes, we really did want to know.

And Sandy,

Snowball is being picked up tonight, if all goes as planned and should be in PA Sunday. :spinhappy: Will be happy to have it here.

The question is really..... What will ever get on the Terry-Towels. They too will sadly be unblemished over the next 20 some odd years.

oh no, they get dirty! really dirty!!
sometimes I go into the garage, to get something outta one of them, and the garage floor is kinda dirty, and when I sit down in them, the towels get all the dirt on them
