Hey Sandy, seem like you finally found a great storage place at good price. Happy for you!
I WAS paying $225 @ month for a locking, no windows, damp, musty and filthy garage 4 miles away from me, going North, and 1 garage offering what I recently got, but...for 1 car, only @ $ 335.00 @ month + 2 cars at home in garage, making wife really $%^&% that her car had to stay out in the snow, sleet & hail.
Due to being weak, from the Chemo, I could not both endure the cold AND clear the snow off of her Jeep's high roof. I HAD TO DO SOMETHING !
Now, I have 3 cars at the new place which looks hospital clean, heated, air conditioned, dehumidified, and alarmed with power lift door, and polished wood flooring and flourescent lighting that is automaticlly on to movement!
All for $450 a month.
There are only 3 tenants. I am one of them, but I have 3 cars there,
One man has a mint, perfection show car. It's a GMC Cabellero SS
Which is the GMC version of a Chevy El Camino. This Cabellero SS had a big engine, a 4-Speed and every option that was available, and a custom paint job
The interior is full of trophies. I have never met the owner - we have never both been there at the same time,
The other tenant has a 1966 Buick Skylark 2-Dr Hartop. Another trophy winner. 1st in class from the National Buick Association.
Then there is a Rolls Royce, 3 Mercedes 1 Porsche and other goodies that belong to our mutual landlord.
Going there is like a private car show, to someone who has entered for the 1st time. (And) It's only 4 point one (4.1) miles from my house.
