Slug_Nut, nice ride... :P
Please post more pictures! I can see where you feel the back cover is a little on the large size, however, unless it is damaged in some way I would learn to live with it and not risk screwing up the body paint with a replacement. It is kind of growing on me the way it is currently as I see more pictures. Does this toneau cover raise up or is it a peice that must be lifted off and left in the garage when the top is up. A picture of the interior behind the front seats would be nice to see.

Anyways, you have one really cool and unique ride. Love the color combo!

2004 PT Cool Vanilla Turbo Woody Cruiser

I always disliked PT Cruisers. BUT, I see now that one has to spend alot of $$$$ on one, and then they are cool ! A neighbor of mine went full-tilt-boogie on one, and I love it! It's a Convertible in Cool Vanila (I guess) and has wood trim on the sides and deck and has the Turbo, and tons of factory options. I read the window sticker & it's got alot. He told me he ordered everything there was to be had!
Only it's got a black top, BOoo. It needs a white top to go with the car's color ! Too many colors on it! Black Top, white paint, brown wood & grey interior..... Shoulda been tan interior & white top. Tan, white & wood, instead of tan, grey, black, white & Wood. But, top down..it looks really sharp. It's a 2005

Now this is way it needs a new paint job. All my ground effects the paint has chipped. I might stick with the colour but I'am not too sure. Now that the roof is on you can see how big the tonneul cover is.

I hope you don't mind a little opinionating, I mean no harm. 8) I think the car would look a little less "heavy" without the side skirts. I think without them the tonneau might look ok but otherwise it's a fantastic looking car with that front end. :D

I agree... It's a great looking car.

The windshield height looks lower than the 'factory' verts, but is not laid back like a McLaren. Was it chopped? Where is the top from?

I noticed the Capri tail lights!!

Rather than change all the parts and such on the car, how about talking to and upholstry shop or custom body shop about changing the look of the tonneau cover cosmetically.

My car was orignally a 79' Mustang, Notch back V-6.....but it's all changed... the roof is custom made.

Thats what I was thinking. I want to get the tonneou cover changed and the roof. New interior....Also was thinking of shaving alot of the emblems and gas tank door, and locks....Just to give it the smooth look. But I'am still debating
