build date question

this is what the body tag on my car looks like

> 3LL DFST
> AC 06 H8 S
> eL-A 06 2x2 4

a long long long time ago sandy told me the H8 ment my car was built August 8th 1985. i car faxed my car for the first time today and it says it was built 6/11/85. so when was my car built? and can anyone decode the rest of this tag?

That H8 is actually "HB". That (we think) stands for "Heated Back", aka rear defrost.

I have that code on my tag too.
