Back in a mustang

Post by idareu »

As some of you might remember I sold my low mileage 88 ASC to buy a sky redline.
I never actually got the sky. I invested the money and I just bought this with it.

I'm jealous. If I could find a solid roof GT500 for sticker, I'd buy it.

Details.
Well over a year ago I sold my ASC and was going to get a Sky redline.
Here is the asc

I decided not to get the sky and put the money in an international fund that did well. I had been calling ford dealers every so often to ask about what the mark up was. They had been getting $20,000 over for the gT500 for over a year in my area.
Well last monday i found out about this car and the sales rep said let me see what we can do if you take it before the end of the year.
He called me the next day with a price I thought was fair and I bought the Shelby.

Nice. Very nice. Others will want to know what you paid. Not I. I want to know the name of the International Fund

Call me crazy, but I would really like to own a 2008 every option Dodge Charger SRT-8 Super Bee ! But, I have to get well, first.

Congrats! My buddy is a sales manager at a dealer and could get them for $5k over sticker. They probably only go for sticker now. If anyone is interested let me know

So, let me get this straight:

(Money from sale of '88 ASC invested in International fund...........return on investment = 2007 Shelby GT500?)
