Hello all,
I've decided it's time to part with the '67 Mustang 'vert I've had for close to 10 years, in the hope of purchasing a new house within the next year. But don't want to go completely Mustang-less. I've always liked the McLarens, and am hoping to trade my '67 Mustang 'vert for a McLaren + cash.
My '67 is originally a c-code car w/ C4 trans and 2.73 gears, but now has a '74 302 (rebuilt). The car was cosmetically restored as well about 5 years ago. Basically it's a really nice driver. There are a couple of rust holes underneath, but not through the floor pan. Only mechanical problem is the charging system. I have a 2-month old battery that's now dead after only 3 weeks of not driving. Starts after jumping it. Eventually I'll get around to looking into that.
I'm hoping for an automatic '87+ McLaren Mustang, with relatively low mileage >75K. Since I'm hoping to pocket $10K, I'm not expecting a fully restored or musuem piece, just a nice weekend driver with no mechanical issues.
If interested, please pm for more info and pics.
Thanks
Mike
