The first is really quite unique in that it's a building.

The next collectible is a SAAC Mk1 Mustang with only 11 miles.

Those cars were hyped up back in the day but never really delivered on the hype (especially for the price back then).

They also resulted in a TON of legal problems for SAAC. Non-delivery, etc.

I would say it was. They were both advertised as having 11 miles on them.
