Hello guys. I was just wondering if there is anyway to find out what number ascMcLaren i have? I have a 1985 convertible. Thanks!

Hi the build number would be on the design and concept by peter muscat badge on the rear quarter panel of the car. If the badge is missing then your out of luck. All of the 84 and 85 records were destroyed.

You can find it on the right rear quarter panel. here are a few pics of different 86 verts. I don't know a lot about the verts so im not 100% on this but I'm pretty sure the 85s were the same. I think they had dash numbers in 84. welcome to the board.

Ohh, its actually on the out side? Then yeah that's long gone probably. There inst a way someone could look it up through the VIN or some way else. Thanks for your help.

Has anyone been watching eBay lately to help update the Database. I have some Auction numbers and the picts are still there. Just not a computer expert enough to help.

I've put a few in the database, and added pictures to the appropriate gallery.

Save the pics to your computer first, then upload them to the gallery. And add the info to a database entry that's already there OR start a new entry if it's not already there.

No It is not in the database but for kicks and giggles i put the last six digits of my vin along with asc mclaren and this like poped up. http://www.ascmclaren.org/phpBB/viewtop ... 23c153cab1

If you scroll to when mandra posted the last six digits come up on the list he has of 85 verts that are auto. Mine is 613740. Does that mean he might have some info on my car?
