Help choosing correct car cover for my year

Post by jcaci88 »

I have an 88 mclaren with the mirrors that are incorporated near the corner of the window like the 87. (not lower on the door like gt cnvertibles and 89-90 mclarens)

I am trying to purchase a new car cover but in the drop down menus im not sure which to choose?

87,88 convertible or 87,88 coupe? which would fit better?

please let me know,

Thanks!

I purchased a high end Covercraft for my '89. When I got the '87 it fit perfectly. There is a lot of leeway in the mirror pockets to fit either mirror type. A call to the support group for the cover you're thinking of buying could help too.

Hope that helps.

Whichever cover sounds good to you, give their tech group a call to see what they suggest. If I don't like the group or the answers I don't buy that product.
