First post in a long time, if you are not on the ascMcLaren facebook group you should be, thats where ill be posting pictures and updates to my car. Right now the front end is apart, engine out and fenders off. I have to replace the mount for the engine, basically the entire right side front frame is rusted. We are debating swapping vins and the ascMcLaren tage over to a new car....... or welding in a new frame member. What do you guys think?
Would someone know down the road the vin number was moved over? I dont want to do it that way but im also not doing a full blown, back to factory original build.
Also, i met the guy who runs paradise in columbus ohio at a ford swap meet this past fall, very random!
