Looking To Buy 87-90 ASC What Do You Reccomend?

I am looking to get an 87-90 McLaren but I am a total newbie.... Are there any pros and cons to what year versus another? Also what would you guys recommend? TIA! And Thanks for having a great resource like this......

90's are pretty rare so they have a bit more value.

But from 87-90 Ford pretty much made exactly the same car year to year.

I don't think there were any real improvements.

The Mustang part of the car is pretty easy to work on/fixable.

It's the asc parts that can be a headache as they are fairly pricey.

FYI.....Standard Drivers Air bag 1990 only feature. No tilt wheel with this feature on 1990-1993 Fox Body Mustangs.
