Nice Weekend Here

Just wanna wish all ye Capri; ascMcLaren; EuroCoupe and Motorsport Capri Grand Prix IV fans a happy & a safe Labor Day holiday.

I had a nice weekend, taking our son back to college for his final year in two cars packed to the roof. It was a ton of work for an old Mom & Dad. Man, we are like 15 years older than all the other parents, & felt it MAJOR.

Slept very late today, and washed & waxed & detailed & vacuumed & detailed and scrubbed those whitewalls and vacuumed the trunk and brought the Town Car back to life. Onion Pizza & corn on the cob & Coronas for dinner.

Hope you all have a happy and that all your cars are safe! Beautiful weather here in NJ. LOW humidity (for a welcome change) and 81 degrees and vividly sunny !!!

I also sent $25.00 to the Relief Fund, instead of going out for dinner to a restaurant. It felt good to do it. If you can ... do it too.

SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAD A NICE DAY! I SPENT SOME TIME WITH THE FAMILY AND I POLISHED UP THE F-350 TODAY AND IT LOOKS GREAT I NEED TO POST A PHOTO OF THAT ONE IT IS A SWEET MACHINE AND HAPPY LABOR DAY TO YOU ALSO!

I LIKE THE TOWN CARS AND YOURS LOOKS NICE AS I WOULD HAVE IMAGINED IE: RIGHT OPTIONS. AND LIKE HOW THE TC'S HAVE THE FOG LIGHTS

The only TCs that came with the fog lights were the 2003 Spring-Edition "LIMITEDS" {which mine is}. Only 1,110 were built. Otherwise the foggies were an option, limited to the top of the line, which was first the Cartier (2003) and then the Ultimate (2004) and finally for 2005, the foggies were discontinued !!

They were standard on the mid-year 2003 Limited Edition, optional on the 2003 Cartier, Optional on the 2004 Ultimate Series, and and Cartier Series and GONE for 2005. My car has only 7,900 miles on it & it's flawless. The TPAS license stands for "To Protect and Serve", the police motto. The color is "Platinum-Jade" a light silver-green. The interior is grey-beige. It was available with NO options, as they made everything on the options shelf standard on it, incl. moonroof. Only 1 option: whitestripe tires which it has!

I love the Red Capri & the GPIV. Is that GPIV completely bone stock on the exterior, or have we added anything? The Red coupe is really neat, with the power door locks and the custom wheels.
Dylan is adorable. The trucks don't ring my chimes, because in the part of the country I live in, it's impossible to park them, anywhere. Lots of traffic conjestion, small parking lots, narrow spaces. It's New Jersey, a fiercly overpopulated state. I frequently have trouble parking my Lincoln, I can't begin to imagine parking the blue truck.

Which if them does Jill drive? Your daily driver is ___?___

The GPIV is 100% stock even has original gatorbacks and Dylan is great what a blessing! And you are correct that 83 is one of a kind. Jill drives the Marauder or when she needs utility space we also have a nice 1994 Nissan Pathfinder SE 4x4 we have had it close to 10 years. I drive the E-350 van or the F-350 and if i am lucky The Marauder sometimes

I thought I had spotted something on the rear of the car, it didn't look factory to me, more like a dealer installed item.

well yes you are correct on that usally i would remove that but since it came from there new i just left it.
